Adrian Waters is a qualified ESOL tutor having gained a University of Cambridge ESOL, ICELT qualification while teaching English in Monterrey, Mexico, teaching company employees as well as teaching in a language school. More recently he has gained experience of employability tutoring with two large employment providers in the UK.
Prior to teaching he worked in IT support in London for a large leisure company and spent five years as a broadcast technician for BBC News and Current Affairs in both television and radio in West London and on outside broadcasts. After spending three years teaching in Mexico Adrian returned to the UK and was a housing benefits advisor for Birmingham City Council, gaining a good inside knowledge of the UK benefits system. He returned to teaching five years ago in a combination of both ESOL and employability.
Adrian joined sweda recently as an Employment Adviser and Training Officer.
