Shahen Bibi

Administration Officer

Shahen Bibi has been working as an administration officer for over four years for sweda. She was offered a work placement in 2007 to gain experience and gained a permanent position after six months of work placement.

She has a variety of duties at sweda, including providing administration support to all staff, welcoming clients, typing, filing, photocopying, maintaining records, arrangements of refreshments, room hire, maintenance of petty cash, ordering & maintaining kitchen & cleaning supplies, updating the diaries, first point of contact and referral with clients, tracking, collating client packs, promotion of sweda’s services, logging out going post, printing off sweda leaflets. She also works and supports the business projects at sweda.
